A complete list of items required for Griha Pravesh puja, so nothing is missing on the day.
Essential items
- Kalash (copper or brass) with coconut and mango leaves
- Roli, moli, haldi, kumkum, akshat (rice)
- Supari, laung, elaichi, paan leaves
- Ghee, diya, cotton wicks, camphor, agarbatti
- Havan samagri, mango wood (samidha), havan kund
- Fresh flowers and garlands
- Fruits, sweets and panchmeva for prasad
- Gangajal
Tip
Most Pandit Ji bring the core samagri if you choose a kit while booking. Fresh flowers and milk are usually arranged by the family.
