Cancellation & refund policy

Customer cancellation: 48+ hours before — full refund of puja amount; 24–48 hours — 75%; less than 24 hours — 50%. The platform fee is non-refundable. If Pandit Ji cancels, you receive a full refund. (Percentages are configurable by the admin.)
